Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil (base)
  • 2 Tbsp shea butter
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa butter
  • 1 Tbsp beeswax pellets
  • 1 Tbsp dried arnica flowers
  • 1 Tbsp dried comfrey leaf
  • 10 drops camphor essential oil
  • 10 drops peppermint essential oil

Preparation:

In a double boiler, melt coconut oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, and beeswax together. Once melted, stir in arnica and comfrey; simmer gently for 1 hour. Strain out herbs, return infused oil to double boiler, then add camphor and peppermint oils. Pour into jars and allow to cool until solid.

Usage:

Massage a small amount into the area around the scapula up to three times daily. Apply in gentle circular motions until absorbed.
