Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon dried nettle leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried turmeric root or powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sliced fresh ginger
  • 1.5 cups boiling water

Preparation:

Combine all herbs in a teapot or cup. Pour boiling water over and steep for 12–15 minutes. Strain well. Best consumed warm and fresh.

Usage:

Drink 1–2 cups daily. Nettle provides minerals crucial for bone support, turmeric reduces inflammation, and ginger improves circulation and pain tolerance.
