Natural Remedy: Blurry Vision

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon dried eyebright herb
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon green tea leaves
  • 1.5 cups boiling water

Preparation:

Place herbs into a cup or teapot. Pour boiling water over and steep for 10–12 minutes. Strain carefully. Can be consumed or used to soak a clean cloth as a warm compress over closed eyes.

Usage:

Drink once or twice daily. Optional: Apply warm compress to the eyes for 10 minutes. Eyebright supports ocular clarity, fennel soothes inflammation, and green tea enhances circulation to the eyes.

Toxicity Profile:

Over 200 lbs (90+ kg) 2–3 cups daily

Note: Herbal compresses may be applied once daily for all body weights using 1/2 cup of steeped blend.
